Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to make sure that our company is in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a GDPR Data Protection Officer, you will be responsible to guide us on our compliance with GDPR and local information security laws. You will enforce compliance with legislation and deliver GDPR training to our staff to build familiarity with data protection measures. You will also encourage GDPR compliance through transparent information protection approach, policy, frameworks, and strategies.

  • Provide the required training to staff involving information handling.

  • Recognize and purpose the activities of a company’s data processing.

  • Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) on a timely basis.

  • Screen information management techniques.

  • Attend meetings with managers to ensure privacy at all levels.

  • Manage records of Data Protection operations.

  • Make sure that we address all inquiries from information subjects within legal time spans (e.g. deleting the information from a database).

  • Compose and update guides on data protection strategies.

  • Perform audits and offer consultation on the most proficient method to manage protection ruptures.

  • Follow up with changes in law and issue suggestions to ensure compliance.


  • BS/BA Degree in Law or relevant field.

  • Proven 3+ year experience as Data Protection Officer or relevant position.

  • Outstanding understanding of National as well as International data protection rules in addition to the GDPR.

  • Familiar with data processing operations and computer security systems will be preferred.

  • Capable to maintain ethics to report all non-compliant acts and remain impartial.

  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
