Job Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Administrator who will be responsible for running our warehouse efficiently and as per the safety measures. You will be providing support for all the supply chain procedures right from order processing till order fulfillment while managing shipping documentation. Your ultimate goal will be to make sure that all our customers receive their order correctly and on time.

  • Make shipment plans as per product availability and request from customers.

  • Make sure all incoming supplies are registered and processed in the logistics database as per the SOPs.

  • Make arrangements for transportation of products, assign duties to the staff so that the deliveries can be made efficiently.

  • Take important measures for avoiding quality control issues.

  • Maintain and update record of orders from customers and suppliers.

  • Ensure the quality of all products is maintained during the shipment period.

  • Make sure the stock is sufficient for all new orders and place new orders when required.

  • Keep the customers updated regarding their orders.


  • BS Degree in Logistics, BSc/BA in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.

  • Proven work experience as a Logistics administration or Warehouse administrator.

  • Ability to use Logistics Software Database or Transport Management System.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to lead the order processing cycle.

  • Basic understanding of Accounting principles.

  • Ability to organize and update inventory records.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
