Coordinate with the concerned people directly and optimize the entire order cycle
Manage and strategically plan the logistics, transportation, warehouse and customer support
Negotiate and liaise with the manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and even consumers
Keep track of quantity, quality, delivery times, stock levels, efficiency and transportation costs
Comply with regulations, laws and ISO standards
Meet costs, productivity, timeliness targets accurately
Oversee, train, and coach warehouse staff
Resolve any arising complaints or issues
Arrange the warehouse, plan routes, catalog goods and process the shipments on a timely basis
Maintain metrics and analyze the data to assess the current performance and implement improvements as and when required
BS in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
Proven experiences as a Logistics Manager
Ability to handle multiple projects independently
Outstanding problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in standard logistic programs
Ability to manage and lead the workforce
Keep track of distribution and logistics management effectively
