Our Logistics department is in search of a Warehouse Operations Assistant to handle our warehouse activities. You should be able to schedule outgoing shipments and keep a track of the incoming ones. Also, you should be able to review the shipment contents and assist with the loading and unloading of the same. Moreover, you should be able to pack and label the shipments correctly.
You should also be able to schedule and perform inspection and cleaning activities. Furthermore, you should also be able to report any missing or damaged shipments. You should also be able to assist in inventory audits and process and file customer orders.
As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you should be familiar with the safety protocols and guidelines. In addition to this, you should display good physical dexterity and have an excellent eye for detail. You should also possess good leadership skills and have a highly motivated personality.

Reviewing the contents of all incoming shipments
Assisting and monitoring the unloading of shipments
Preparing and maintaining all shipment related documents
Inspecting shipping invoices and documents
Ensuring that all shipments are packed securely and correctly
Preparing outbound shipments and tracking their delivery times
Keeping a track of all the stock and inventory requirements
Scheduling and undertaking warehouse inspections and cleaning activities
Ensuring adherence to the safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Labeling shipping items correctly
Reporting any missing or damaged shipments
Maintaining and updating daily inventory logs
Assisting in inventory audits
Processing and filling customer orders
High school diploma or equivalent field
Holding a valid driver’s license
Certification in handling heavy machinery
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Knowledge of the safety precautions and guidelines
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership qualities
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
Ability to offer excellent customer service
