As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for handling our advertising campaigns. You will be also responsible for managing the advertising budget in an effective manner. You should be managing the advertising, marketing, sales staff effectively. You should be performing a detailed market analysis and competitive research.
In addition to this, you will be meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and ensuring you achieve the desired results. You should establish project objectives and goals. You will be maintaining a positive environment and motivating the team members.
To be successful in this job role, you should have incredible business management skills. You should have a strategic mindset to think out of the box. You will be assisting the Human Resources Department in hiring and evaluating candidates if required.
You should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to manage tasks on time. You should also have quick decision-making skills and great attention to detail. You should be primarily focused on representing our company brand in a professional manner.

Planning out various marketing and advertising campaigns based on client’s requirements using tools like Onstro Campaigns.
Implementing various advertising strategies based primarily on products and services being offered.
Supervising the advertising staff and the departmental operations.
Delegating tasks to the appropriate team members based on their capabilities.
Performing in-depth market research along with other fellow team members.
Monitoring the performance of the campaigns and ensuring its effectiveness.
Negotiating contracts with the clients for the services rendered to them.
Meeting clients to give technical advice.
Establishing the advertising budget on a monthly basis.
Helping in the Human Resources Department in the hiring process for entry-level candidates.
Staying up to date with the latest developments and strategies in the advertising media industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
Working experience as an Advertising Manager, or a similar position in the Advertising Department.
Formal education and training with the advertising agencies will be an advantage.
Demonstrate the ability to develop strategies for the Marketing industry.
Ability to perform detailed keyword research.
