Our Marketing department is in search of a Channel Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across various digital and social media channels. You should be able to plan and implement effective marketing strategies that drive organic traffic. Also, you should be able to track KPIs. 

As a Channel Marketing Manager, you should coordinate with the marketing team in planning marketing campaigns and measuring its effectiveness. Besides, you should conduct thorough market research and be familiar with the latest industry trends and developments. Your strong analytical skills will be beneficial in reviewing consumer behavior.  

To excel in this job role, you should be highly motivated and deadline-driven. In addition to this, you should be able to network with industry professionals at various promotional events. Your ability to provide excellent marketing guidance will be advantageous.

  • Planning ideas for various channel optimization and implementing the same 

  • Generating and monitoring KPIs 

  • Developing digital marketing campaigns and measuring its effectiveness 

  • Providing guidance to the marketing team on carrying out various marketing activities 

  • Performing market research and identifying new trends 

  • Creating effective marketing strategies and campaigns 

  • Optimizing social media platforms and website contents 

  • Analyzing consumer preferences and behaviors 

  • Preparing and maintaining an accurate report of all the marketing activities 

  • Identifying the social media networks are performing well 

  • Participating in promotional and networking events 

  • Supervising the daily activities of the marketing team 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • Proven work experience as a Channel Marketing Manager or a similar position in the Marketing department 

  • Complete knowledge of the latest marketing techniques and developments 

  • Hands-on experience in campaign marketing software such as Onstro Campaigns 

  • Familiarity with analytical software such as Google Analytics and NetInsight 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools particularly PowerPoint  

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Good time management and organizational skills 

  • Highly motivated and creative individual 

  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual 

  • Ability to handle stressful situations 

  • Strong leadership qualities 

  • Excellent multitasking abilities 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
