Our Marketing department is looking for a young and talented candidate to join us as a Creative Consultant.
As a Creative Consultant, you are responsible for coming up with creative marketing ideas to meet the client’s needs. You are also responsible for preparing a detailed marketing plan by collaborating with the other marketing professionals.
In addition to this, you should be performing detailed market research by collecting accurate statistical data. Reaching the right target audience is the primary goal for this job position. You should be highly organized and should manage your time in an efficient manner.

Meeting clients and proposing offers as per their requirements.
Pitching innovative ideas to the clients.
Creating engaging content for social media platforms.
Collaborating with the Project Manager to understand the client’s needs.
Creating a marketing campaign focusing on brand awareness.
Communicating with clients and updating them about marketing strategies.
Coordinating with the Copywriter for campaign scripts.
Taking feedback from the marketing team members.
Reviewing the final design of the campaign.
Editing content and making changes as required by the clients.
Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, and magazines.
Assisting the HR department in hiring the employees.
Organizing creative workshops for team members.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
Creating marketing reports and presenting them to the clients.
Resolving client’s queries, if any.
Staying up to date with the latest trends in the marketing industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
Prior experience work as a Creative Consultant, Creative Assistant, or a similar role in the Marketing industry.
A portfolio of creative projects undertaken in the past.
Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Trello, Nifty, and more.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding copywriting and editing skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
A creative and highly motivated individual.
Excellent knowledge of marketing tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.
Good understanding of design editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, and others.
Extraordinary ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
Exceptional research skills.
