We are searching for a talented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Director to join our dynamic, fast-paced Marketing team. 

As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Director, you will have to finalize and keep the marketing strategies up to date. You will also have to build lucrative long-term relations with our clients.

While working on this position, you will work with the Sales and Senior Directors of our company to increase our business existence. You play a major role in contributing towards the growth of customer commitment and interest. To be eligible for this post, you must have acute knowledge with Customer Relationship Structures. You must also be able to find new prospects and dynamically handle customer concerns.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with the clients.

  • Make sure that the sales strategies  generate day to day active sales.

  • Form and implement the latest marketing techniques to attract new customers and increase customer engagement.

  • Implement precise marketing tactics to retain existing clients.

  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Make strategies to respond to the customer’s queries.

  • Follow and practice the latest market trends that will lead to the development of CRM systems.

  • Assess and finalize CRM software to meet business needs.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.

  • Proven 4 years experience as CRM Director or related role in the Marketing Department.

  • Solid knowledge in customer attainment policies.

  • Knowhow of online marketing trends and its applications.

  • Practical knowledge of working with the CRM system.

  • Exceptional analytical systems practice.

  • Great interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Good time management abilities.

  • Strong decision-making skills.

  • Strong work ethic.
