We are looking for an experienced candidate to work with us on a fulltime basis as a Database Marketing Manager. 

As a Database Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and managing client's databases. You will also be responsible for writing queries for saving the data. Besides this, you should be analyzing the performance with KPI’s.  

To be a successful as a Database Marketing Manager, you should have extraordinary ability to work independently or in a team. You should also have an extensive knowledge of marketing automation system. 

Prior work experience as a Database Marketing Manager will be an added advantage for the candidate. Additionally, you should be able to solve problems and willing to take decisions accordingly.

  • Monitoring and managing databases of various clients. 

  • Writing database queries for storing procedures via SQL. 

  • Developing and designing an automate data load process. 

  • Managing database programs. 

  • Developing standard ROI calculations. 

  • Analyzing the effectiveness of a campaigns and optimizing the campaign efficiency. 

  • Managing data integration on the database. 

  • Generating reports based on the data analysis. 

  • Recommending improvements in the campaigns. 

  • Analyzing marketing and sales data. 

  • Maintaining database quality with the marketing database. 

  • Working towards marketing automations and lead management methods. 

  • Presenting KPIs over various marketing activities. 

  • Collaborating with the vendor for database related matters. 

  • Working smoothly with the Marketing and Sales team members. 

  • Staying updated with the latest technology in database marketing. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 

  • Proven work experience in the Marketing industry as a Database Marketing Manager, or a similar role. 

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management strategies. 

  • Ability to conduct and interpret data analysis reports. 

  • Good oral and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to solve complex problems in an efficient way. 

  • Excellent analytical and time management skills. 

  • Strong leadership skills. 

  • Ability to make decisions appropriately. 

  • Ability to work for an extended period of time. 

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
