We are in search of a motivated and creative Digital Account Manager to be a part of our Marketing team. You will be primarily responsible for managing marketing accounts of our clients. You should be able to research, plan, and implement effective digital strategies and campaigns. Besides, you should be able to communicate with clients and identify their requirements.
You should be able to design projects that improve ROI and optimize SEO driven content. As a Digital Account Manager, you should be able to help clients with any of their digital marketing queries. You should also be able to keep track of KPIs.
To perform in this job role, you should be familiar with various digital marketing and CRM software. Moreover, you should display collaborative abilities as well as the ability to work independently. Your ability to provide improved customer experience will be beneficial.

Planning and implementing effective digital strategies
Researching and determining client’s requirements
Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of various digital campaigns and strategies
Optimizing various digital platforms and web pages to improve organic traffic
Reviewing and implementing ways to improve ROI
Monitoring KPIs for various clients
Preparing, maintaining, and presenting reports on day-to-day activities to clients
Creating and maintaining long-lasting business relationships
Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital marketing field
Addressing clients digital marketing requirements and queries
Presenting social and digital media strategies to clients
Implementing methods to improve SEO driven content
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager, Junior Digital Account Manager, or a similar position in the Marketing industry
Complete knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google AdWords
Familiarity with data analytics and account management software like kapost, Moat Analytics, ZOHO CRM, and WorkflowMAX
Understanding of various digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, StackOverflow, and Quora
Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital space
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Highly motivated and creative individual
Ability to manage strict deadlines and stressful situations
Having an eye for detail
Ability to offer excellent customer service
