Job Overview

We are looking for a Professional Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You will be responsible to plan, optimize and lead our advanced digital marketing campaigns across all marketing channels. You will work with our creative team of Content Writers, Digital Media Strategists, Social Media Analysts, and others. Your primary goal will be to launch effective marketing campaigns with an appropriate budget plan.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include developing, implementing and managing all the online marketing campaigns. You should possess the capabilities to enhance our brand’s awareness in digital space

  • Plan and execute all advanced digital marketing campaigns (e.g. PPP/PPC, SEO/SEM, email, SNS campaigns).

  • Devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate the audience.

  • Build our presence on social media and other marketing channels.

  • Measure and report the execution of all digital marketing campaigns.

  • Create, develop and implement advanced marketing strategies for the growth of our organization.

  • Perform experiments and conversion tests and assess against objectives such as user funnel, ROI and KPIs, etc.

  • Work with other internal teams, agencies and partners to optimize the experience of users.

  • Use your analytical skills to assess the experience of our audience over multiple channels. 

  • Identify the end-to-end touchpoints of our audience and contribute greatly towards lead generation.

  • Plan and execute different growth strategies as per the current market trends. 

  • Help in setting and optimizing marketing funnels like click funnel, conversion funnel, etc.

  • Ensure that all the marketing efforts are working effectively for the company.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

  • Professional certification of Advanced Digital Marketing is a plus.

  • Proficient in managing digital media marketing campaigns.

  • Hand on experience of website analytics tools like WebTrends, Crazy Egg, Google Analytics, Mint, Matomo, etc.

  • Working knowledge of content management systems like Wordpress, Joomla, etc.

  • Excellent understanding of ad serving tools like Epom, DART, Aglare, Adzerk, etc.

  • Professional experience in optimization and management of PPC, PPP, and Google AdWords

  • Excellent knowledge about Social Media Marketing

  • Good knowledge of email marketing campaigns.
