Job Overview 

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Marketing Officer to join our Marketing department. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving various marketing campaigns. Besides, you should also be able to monitor the effectiveness of these marketing campaigns. 

You should also be able to oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials. You will also be coordinating with the Marketing Manager to discuss daily marketing activities. Moreover, you should also ensure that the industry standards are adhered to while advertising and branding a product. 

As a Marketing Officer, you should be familiar with the industry trends, techniques, and principles. In addition to this, you should have an eye for detail and excellent creative skills. Your ability to troubleshoot any issues and manage strict deadlines will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities 

  • Overseeing the performance of various marketing campaigns 

  • Conducting market research to identify audience preferences 

  • Discussing and implementing promotional activities and campaigns 

  • Creating reports on the statistics and trends across various digital platforms 

  • Coordinating with the Marketing Manager to plan day-to-day marketing activities 

  • Assisting in organizing networking and promotional events 

  • Managing the creation and distribution of marketing materials 

  • Assisting in preparing and monitoring marketing budget 

  • Coordinating with the Media Planner to maintain a marketing calendar 

  • Reviewing and approving marketing campaigns 

  • Ensuring industry standards are met for product advertising and branding 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Marketing industry as a Marketing Officer or as a Marketing Manager 

  • Complete knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the Marketing industry 

  • Understanding of marketing techniques, data analysis tools, and basic principles 

  • Familiarity with various marketing software such as Marketo, LocalVox, and MailChimp 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills 

  • Good time management and organizational skills 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks 

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and strict deadlines 

  • Highly motivated and creative individual 

  • Having an eye for detail 

  • Excellent leadership skills 

  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
