Job Overview  

We are looking forward to hiring a talented and experienced Media Assistant to join our Marketing team.  

You will be responsible for planning media advertising for multiple platforms. You will also be responsible for analyzing the performance of the campaigns. As a Media Assistant, you should prepare monthly reports accordingly.  

To be successful in this job position, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to make a timely decision promptly. You should also have an outstanding ability to multitask. Prior work experience as a Media Assistant will be an advantage for the candidate.

Responsibilities  

  • Planning media advertising campaigns for various platforms.  

  • Managing both media campaigns both online and offline.  

  • Monitoring media plans as well as the budget.  

  • Planning and creating media schedules.  

  • Attending meetings, conferences, and daily stand-ups.  

  • Supervising advertising campaigns along with the Media Director.  

  • Building Public Relations with the media channels.  

  • Analyzing the performance metrics and KPIs.  

  • Managing the company’s social media accounts.  

  • Engaging and attracting the target audience.  

  • Resolving the issues and queries faced by the clients.  

  • Coordinating with Influencers to promote the products offered by the company.  

  • Revising and proofreading the agreement and contracts.  

  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the media outlets.  

  • Preparing and presenting reports to the Media Manager and other team members.  

  • Staying updated with the latest developments in the Marketing and Media industries.  

Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related degree.  

  • Proven work experience in the Marketing department as a Media Assistant or a similar job position.  

  • Demonstrate experience and understanding of digital advertising.  

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.  

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.  

  • Good time management skills.  

  • Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize them.  

  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.  

  • Experience and knowledge of media planning.  

  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.   

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.   

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.   

  • Exceptional attention to detail.   

  • Hard-working individual.   

  • Good time management abilities.   

  • Strong decision-making skills.
