Job Overview 

We are searching for a hardworking and passionate individual to join our team as a Media Buyer.  

As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and identifying target audiences. You will also be responsible supervising daily activities in the Marketing department. Furthermore, you will should be assisting in planning the advertising materials. 

Besides that, you should possess extraordinary communication skills and the ability to manage time. You should also possess excellent negotiating skills and the ability to work in a team environment. In addition, you should have sound knowledge and experience working with media analytical software.

  • Conducting detailed market research based on demographic, user needs, etc. 

  • Negotiating the prices for advertising spaces. 

  • Preparing the advertisement budget and scheduling timelines for publications. 

  • Experimenting with new media channels. 

  • Overseeing day to day performance of media advertisements. 

  • Assisting in planning out creative advertising materials along with Media Planner

  • Understanding the ways to communicate with the target audience. 

  • Proofreading the advertising material before launching them. 

  • Keeping the clients updated with the media plans. 

  • Taking feedbacks and approvals from the clients. 

  • Analyzing and monitoring the Return pf Investment (ROI). 

  • Monitoring the performance metric and the budget spent. 

  • Working in coordination with the Advertising team members. 

  • Building a healthy relationship with the advertising agencies. 

  • Staying abreast of latest trends in the marketing industry. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a relevant field. 

  • 3 – 4 years of experience of as a Media Buyer or a similar job position in the Marketing department. 

  • Extensive knowledge of media analytical software such as Videoma, Cision, Nielsen, etc. 

  • Ability to research recent media trends. 

  • Great interpersonal skills. 

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. 

  • Strong organizational skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. 

  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. 

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. 

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills. 

  • Exceptional attention to detail. 

  • Good time management abilities. 

  • Strong decision-making skills.
