Also, your analytical skills will be helpful in examining the online user activities. Furthermore, you should be able to create and maintain detailed reports of weekly and monthly marketing activities. 

As an Online Marketing Manager, you should be able to optimize user funnels and perform conversion tests to help the company grow on all online platforms. In addition to this, you should have an understanding of SEO practices and familiarity with various marketing tools.

  • Planning and discussing digital marketing strategies

  • Designing marketing strategies for social media and other digital platforms

  • Undertaking website advertising

  • Researching the latest trends and developments in online marketing

  • Analyzing online traffic and maintaining a report of the same

  • Suggesting ways to improve NPS

  • Monitoring the online user experience

  • Creating weekly and monthly reports on online marketing performance

  • Monitoring and maintaining a record of the assigned budget

  • Conducting conversion tests

  • Optimizing user funnels

  • Collaborating with external agencies in creating landing pages

  • Developing and overseeing the performance of different online campaigns

  • Identifying trends and insights


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Proven work experience in the Marketing department as an Online Marketing Manager or a similar role

  • Complete knowledge of online marketing techniques and practices like email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising

  • Familiarity with various digital marketing software such as MailChimp, Google Analytics, and KISSmetrics

  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Impressive leadership skills

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Ability to manage deadlines and stressful situations

  • Highly motivated individual 

  • Ability to offer improved customer service
