Job Overview

We are in search of a healthcare professional as a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry.

You will ensure the effective and coherent use of medicine. You will perform different functions via collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM) along with ensuring outstanding patient care.

You should be well-versed in pharmaceutical therapy and sound clinical training. You should also be a competent Clinical Pharmacist to provide effective medication management for accurate treatments and prevention of illness.

Responsibilities

  • Developing clinical pharmacy programs as per the regulations and policies.

  • Reviewing patient records to determine the accuracy of medication therapy.

  • Communicating with nursing and other medical staff.

  • Evaluating the patient’s condition to ensure all issues are being treated well.

  • Determining the untreated health issues and referring patients to appropriate consultants.

  • Consulting medication substances, dosages, etc.

  • Evaluating the results of pharmaceutical treatments.

  • Keeping the record of patient progress and his medication plans.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacology and Pharmacy.

  • Proven 3 years of working experience as a Clinical Pharmacist or a similar role in the Pharmaceuticals Industry.

  • A verified license and residency training will be mandatory.

  • A precise understanding of direct patient care and pharmaceutical therapy.

  • Know-how of treatments along with their side effects.

  • Sound know-how of drug administration and health and safety guidelines.

  • Good understanding of computers.

  • Exceptional research skills to choose the best medication based on prescribed medications.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Good time management abilities.
