Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dexterous Assembler to join our Production team.

As an Assembler, you will be responsible to assemble the parts of the components of our products. You should also make sure they are correctly fitted for the final product. This role is purely based on previous experience.

You should have proficient knowledge of blueprints and reading schematics to understand the product requirements. This job requires physical strength as well as proficient knowledge of technical procedures.

Requirements

• Read blueprints to follow the instructions and comprehend the information provided in blueprints.

• Assemble the parts by reading the manual provided.

• Gather all types of equipment and raw materials required for the assembly process.

• Ensure the highest quality by evaluating the output on a timely basis.

• Record the time required for production and production costs.

• Determine the faults and defects in the manufactured products.

• Determine the potential risks and take measures to resolve them.

• Conduct the tasks on the assembly line as and when required.

• Maintain the efficiency of the machine. In case of any issues or problems, report to the higher management immediately.

• Modify the components according to measurements and specifications.

• Manage and maintain inventory of raw materials used.

• Work in a team and maintain healthy relations with subordinates.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by applying safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Certificate from a technical school will be a plus.

• Proven 2+ years of experience as Assembler in Production Department.

• Ability to use tools and machines.

• Proficient in assembly work.

• Knowledge of quality control principles.

• Outstanding technical skills.

• Excellent manual dexterity.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Physical strength and stamina.

• Attention to detail.

• Good communication skills.
