Job Overview 

We are looking for an experienced and efficient individual to join our Production department as an Associate Product Manager. You will be primarily responsible for assisting in the management of the production process. You should be able to conduct excellent market research and identify consumer behavior. 

You should also review the product features, examine its defects and suggest improvement measures. Also, you should gather consumer feedback via various modes like surveys and statistics. You should have excellent project management skills and the ability to manage stressful situations.  

As an Associate Product Manager, you should be able to develop effective strategies to promote the company’s products. You should be in the know-how of the industry trends and practices. Moreover, you should have a detail-oriented approach and display strong leadership qualities. A proven work experience in the production industry will serve to your advantage.

Responsibilities 

  • Researching and gathering product data  

  • Conducting web analytics to understand consumer trends 

  • Reviewing product features and suggesting improvements 

  • Coordinating with the Product Manager to determine business goals and objectives 

  • Preparing reports on the project status and presenting the same when required 

  • Communicating with the Marketing department to develop strategies to promote the company’s products 

  • Gathering consumer feedback by conducting research and surveys 

  • Assisting in performing quality control checks 

  • Analyzing market trends and competition 

  • Overseeing the production process and managing deadlines 

  • Determining the raw materials and workforce required for the production process 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • 2-3 years of experience in the Production department as an Associate Product Manager, Production Associate, or a similar position 

  • Complete knowledge of the production processes and guidelines 

  • Understanding of the market trends and consumer behavior 

  • Familiarity with ERP software like Oracle e-Business Suite, SAGE, and Microsoft Dynamics 

  • Excellent research skills 

  • Good time management and organizational skills 

  • Strong leadership qualities 

  • Good communication skills 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

  • Impressive project management skills 

  • Having an eye for detail 

  • Highly motivated individual and ability to handle strict deadlines 

  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
