Our Production department is actively seeking for a CNC Programmer to work with us on a fulltime basis.
Your main aim will be to operate machinery to use raw materials to convert them into usable components. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for understanding the product dimensions and reading the blueprint. You will also be responsible for maintaining an inventory of the raw materials.
Also, you should have an excellent knowledge of geometry and trigonometry. You should also possess an ability to work with a team as well as work for a long period of time. In addition to this, you should have outstanding mathematical skills.

Determining the dimensions of the components.
Reading and interpreting the blueprints and rough sketches.
Setting the machines according to the design.
Writing formulas for the lathe and drills machineries using computer software.
Loading raw materials in the machineries.
Adding tools register, offsets, and conditional switches.
Calculating correct measurements for various components.
Checking the inventory level and restocking them as per the requirements.
Working in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager.
Performing troubleshooting activities whenever the machinery malfunctions.
Implementing basic checks on all the CNC machineries.
Performing quality assurance tests on all the products.
Ensuring the production is according to the specifications.
Writing and verifying all the technical documents of CNC programs.
Making sure the tasks are measured according to the guidelines.
Adhering to all the industry safety and precautions.
Staying updated with the latest trends in the industry.
High school diploma or a similar role.
Proven work experience as a CNC Programmer or a similar role.
A professional Computer Numerical Control certification will be an advantage.
Ability to read or interpret blueprints.
Proficiency in Computer- Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software such as Solid Edge, Fusion 360, etc.
Experience in working with lathe and drill machines.
Ability to manage time.
Good multitasking skills.
Excellent knowledge of workplace safety.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills.
Experience and training in Geometric Dimensioning and tolerance.
A keen eye for details for accuracy.
