Our Production department is in search of a Process Technician to join us. You should be able to monitor production machines and equipment. Besides, you should also be able to test the products for quality and maintain a record of the same. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production processes are carried out smoothly.
You should be able to identify any issues in the Production processes or/and machinery and report the same to the Production Supervisor. Furthermore, you will be responsible for reviewing and adjusting the machine parameters.
As a Process Technician, you should ensure that the production area is safe and clean at all times. You should also adhere to the safety and health regulations while at work. In addition to this, you should display excellent technical skills and ability to work for long hours.

Monitoring the production machines and equipment
Testing product quality and maintaining a documentation of the same
Ensuring smooth functioning of all the production processes
Inspecting and identifying machine faults and errors
Maintaining and updating production logbooks
Reporting any faults in the process to the Production Supervisor
Ensuring that the production area is safe and clean at all times

Offering technical support to the team members whenever required
Using statistical tools and software to analyze process data
Keeping a track of the process supplies and resources
Ensuring compliance to the safety and health standards at all times
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proven work experience in the Production department as a Process Technician, Production Worker , or a similar role
Excellent technical and mechanical skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent physical and mental stamina
Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
Ability to work for long hours and in extreme weather conditions
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to offer excellent customer service
