Our Production company is in search of a Production Scheduler to be a part of our team. You will be primarily responsible for handling and ensuring smooth functioning of the production schedules. You will be coordinating with the Production Manager and Production Planner to develop schedules.
Besides, you should be able to review and make adjustments to the schedule as and when required. Moreover, you should also ensure that the production resources and inventory are arranged beforehand. You should also be able to identify and resolve any queries in the production process.
As a Production Planner, you should be familiar with various production planning software. Furthermore, you should also possess excellent planning and organizational skills. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be an added benefit.

Creating, maintaining, and updating production schedules
Resolving any issues in the production process
Reviewing and identifying any issues in the production process and suggesting improvements
Ensuring that the production schedules and deadlines are met
Making adjustments or corrections to the production schedules as and when required
Managing production resources such as physical inventories and employees
Preparing and presenting production reports
Coordinating with the Production Manager and Production Planner to plan production schedules
Arranging all the materials and equipment required for production beforehand
Considering sales forecast and employee capacity when developing production schedules
Bachelor's degree in Management, Production Control, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Production Scheduler, Production Planner, Production Worker , or a similar role in the Production department
Complete knowledge of the production process
Familiarity with production scheduling software such as Fishbowl Inventory, Preactor Express, and Plex Cloud ERP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Good computer skills
A team player and ability to work collaboratively
Strong leadership skills
Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
