Our Real estate department is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Gutter Installer to join us on an intermediate basis. 

As a Gutter Installer, you will be responsible for meeting the clients and understanding their requirements. You will also be responsible for preparing the budget for gutter installation and repairs. You should be installing the gutter without causing any damage to the roof. 

To be successful in this job role, you should be able to work in coordination with the team members. Also, you should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior work experience as a Gutter Installer will be an added advantage for the candidate. 

You should possess an excellent ability to work with power and hand tools. You should also have outstanding communication skills and the ability to pay close attention to details for accuracy.

Responsibilities 

• Noting down the requirements of the gutter. 

• Developing cost estimates as per the specifications. 

• Inspecting the sites to measure the gutter size. 

• Using various power equipment and machineries. 

• Drilling holes and cutes to mount brackets. 

• Installing gutter as per the plan. 

• Fixing the old gutter and replacing the old gutter with new ones. 

• Fabricating the gutter parts as per the requirements. 

• Filling the gaps with caulk as and when required. 

• Performing yearly maintenance and repairs. 

• Keeping the sites areas clean after work. 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or GED. 

• Working experience as a Gutter Installer, or a similar role. 

• Ability to understand written instructions. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Ability to work for long hours as well as on weekends. 

• Good organizational and time management skills. 

• Exceptional knowledge and understanding of various safety measures. 

• Good math's and analytical skills. 

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment. 

• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. 

• Outstanding physical stamina. 

• Excellent knowledge of OSHA guidelines. 

• A highly organized and hardworking individual 

• Ability to lift heavy objects and loads.
