Job overview

We are in search of a highly professional Real Estate Appraiser to join our Real Estate company. 

As a Real Estate Appraiser, your responsibilities are to appraise the properties before it is sold, rented, insured or mortgaged. You will also responsible to prepare reports on the property’s value as well as take decent photographs of the property. You will have to work on legal descriptions and data in regards to multiple real estate properties.

You should have complete knowledge about the Real Estate markets and properties. In addition to this, you should be able to analyze all the Commercial Real Estate in detail.

  • Evaluate the value of property in detail before it is sold, mortgaged, taxed, insured, or developed.

  • Examine the interiors and exteriors of the property through a site visit.

  • Write a report about the inspected property.

  • Interview clients for their preferences and requirements.

  • Asses legal documents of the property thoroughly.

  • Determine all the aspects that affect the future value of the property.

  • Evaluate the chances of future development on the land or the land nearby.

  • Handle legal documentation well and ensure you take a backup.

  • Compare the specific property with recent sale prices of comparable homes in the same area.

  • Analyze all the aspects that may affect the value of the property such as markets, hospitals, and schools.

  • Research the market price and analyze the worth of the property.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A high school diploma will also be considered.

  • 2 years of experience working as a Real Estate Appraiser or a similar role in the Real Estate Department.

  • A Real Estate Appraiser license will be preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of the bureau of labor statistics.

  • Ability to photograph property pictures for listing and promotions.

  • Good knowledge of market trends and legal procedures.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and software such as ARGUS, CoStar, and LoopNet.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional research skills.
