We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to work as a Title Examiner with us. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research of property titles and factors affecting its sale. Besides, you should be able to maintain a record of your research findings and present the same in court.
You should be able to advise clients on property ownership and assist in gathering relevant information/documents. You should be familiar with paralegal laws and procedures. In addition to this, you should be able to interview clients and cross-question lenders and contractors.
As a Title Examiner, you should be able to identify risks associated with certain types of properties and inform clients of the same. Furthermore, you should be able to gather and verify property mortgage documents and tax records.

Reviewing and verifying titles
Examining recorded contracts and deeds affecting titles
Communicating with clients to understand their property matters
Searching tax records and foreclosure proceedings
Maintaining an accurate record of all property titles
Coordinating the property title research findings with the team members
Investigating property titles by interviewing lenders, clients, and contractors
Checking if the property titles have any restrictions
Providing research findings in court
Reviewing and maintaining insurance documents
Researching and verifying the details of previous deeds
Examining obstacles hindering the property sale
Interviewing and advising clients on property ownership
Assisting in resolving any property disputes
Developing legal schedules and overseeing the implementation of the same
Compiling insurance-related documents and mortgages, as well as bankruptcy reports
High school diploma or GED
Complete knowledge of property laws and regulations
Familiarity with paralegal activities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong research and negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Highly reliable and motivated individual
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
