Our company is seeking for an experienced and hardworking candidate to join us as a full-time Inventory Clerk. 

You will be responsible for organizing stock in a well-planned manner. You will also be responsible for keeping a track of what stocks comes in and goes out. You should be supervising the loading and unloading stock along with the Worker and Truck Driver. 

In addition to this, you should have an excellent ability to work in stressful conditions and possess excellent time management skills. You should also possess good reporting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities 

• Keeping a track of various products and supplies in the inventory. 

• Loading and unloading the stock accordingly. 

• Counting the stocks manually. 

• Organizing the stock in a systematic manner. 

• Identifying the defective products, if any. 

• Making use of an inventory software to keep track of orders. 

• Reporting any discrepancies in the products to the Inventory Manager. 

• Ensuring the floor area is clean and tidy. 

• Preparing and utilizing a loss prevention strategy. 

• Coming up with a list of unused products from the stock. 

• Improving on inventory management and procedures. 

• Preparing cost report on a monthly basis. 

• Working collaboratively with other departments. 

• Ensuring low risk of accidents on the work floor. 

• Packing item for return along with shipping labels. 

• Helping the customer on the shop floor. 

• Providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. 

• Preparing and maintaining log of all the products and supplies. 

• Operating various equipment's required on the shop floor. 

• Adhering to all the safety rules and regulations. 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or GED. 

• Work experience in the Retail industry as an Inventory Clerk, or a similar role. 

• Ability to work for long hours as well as on holidays. 

• Demonstrate excellent work experience with various forklift equipments. 

• Proficient with MS Office Tools. 

• Excellent math and analytical skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively. 

• Good dexterity and physical stamina. 

• Outstanding ability to lift heavy loads. 

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 

• Good verbal and written communication skills. 

• Ability to work in fast paced environment. 

• Good interpersonal skills.
