We are seeking a hardworking and talented individual to join us as a full-time Inventory Specialist.
As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all the day-to-day inventory management procedures. You will also be responsible for keeping notes of the stock received and organizing them in the inventory store.
To be successful in this job role, you must be having excellent math skills as well as outstanding physical stamina. In addition to this, you should possess extraordinary abilities to manage time and good organization skills.

Tracking the incoming merchandise.
Preparing strategies for inventory control processes.
Counting the products in the inventory on a daily basis.
Preparing inventory management reports.
Supervising stock rotation procedures.
Updating the inventory database on a daily basis.
Tracking all the inventory-related data via software.
Loading and unloading products from the vehicles.
Helping the clients on the sales floor.
Keeping the inventory clean and well organized.
Identifying discrepancies in the inventory reports.
Improving existing procedures and policies.
Maintaining the safety of the employees in the inventory.
Working in collaboration with Inventory Manager and other team members.
Ensuring that the stock received is organized properly.
Maintaining count accuracy both physically and digitally.
Resolving any stock transit problems.
Using software to track and maintain stock.
Ensuring the company’s inventory is sufficient.
Presenting the inventory reports to the higher management.
Complying with the rules and regulations of the company.
High school diploma or GED.
Proven work experience as an Inventory Specialist or a similar role in the Logistics or Retail department.
Experience working with MS office tools.
Ability to interpret the sales reports.
Outstanding understanding of budget management.
Ability to lift heavy loads.
Willingness to work for long periods of time and weekends as well.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Highly detail-oriented and hardworking individual.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
Excellent customer service skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
