Job Overview

We are in search of a professional Retail Manager who could oversee the routine operations of our store. You will be ensuring the effective running of operations that can help minimize costs and maximize our sales. Being the ideal candidate, you are required to have experience as a Store Manager and have a detailed know-how of diverse business aspects such as marketing, sales, etc. You must be a motivational individual and ensure that you encourage your entire team to perform their best.

  • Organize and manage different store operations and allocate responsibilities to the staff
  • Guide and supervise the team towards achieving amazing results
  • Control and prepare the store’s budget aiming for maximum efficiency and minimum expenditure
  • Monitor purchases and inventory levels and ensure that they stay within budget
  • Deal with customer complaints to maintain the store reputation
  • Plan and administer in-store promotional displays or events
  • Inspect the store and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Valuate sales and revenue reports and make accurate forecasts
  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends to determine the need for improvements
  • Make sure the store fulfils all the health, legal, and safety guidelines


  • BA/BSc in Business Administration, Sales or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Retail or Sales Manager
  • Thorough knowledge of best practices of retail management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset and understanding of data analysis principles
