Our Sales department is in search of a Commercial Director to join us. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective commercial strategies. Besides, you should be able to conduct in-depth market research. You will also be responsible for the planning of various commercial opportunities such as business expansion and development.
As a Commercial Director, you should be able to evaluate commercial metrics using KPIs. Furthermore, you should also be able to oversee the lead generation process. You should also be able to coordinate with stakeholders and maintain long-term business relationships. Moreover, you should also be familiar with various accounting programs and software.
To be able to perform in this job role, you should have in-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics. In addition to this, you should also display excellent researching and negotiation skills. You should also have a strategic mindset and a detail-oriented approach.

Developing and implementing effective commercial strategies
Conducting in-depth market research to develop detailed business plans

Developing budget for all the commercial activities and ensuring compliance with the same

Overseeing the lead generation process
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
5-7 years of experience as a Commercial Director, Business Development Manager or a similar position in the Sales industry
Complete understanding of the market and consumer behavior
In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
Familiarity with accounting programs and software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong leadership skills
Good researching and negotiation skills
Ability to offer excellent customer service
