Job Overview

We are looking for an Insurance Agent to work with our Sales Department. 

Your role is to maximize our customer base by determining the marketing strategies for new insurance contracts. 

You will customize and sell insurance plans that suit our prospective client’s needs. You will also have to analyze the physical condition and legal aspects of a property or person to be insured. 

You will be maintaining good relations with the customer for the long term. Your ultimate goal will be providing the best customer services to our customers.

  • Maintaining good relationships with individual customers.

  • Expanding our customer base by different methods such as cold calls, emails, and references.

  • Proposing different types of insurance plans to the customers according to their financial conditions.

  • Analyzing the customer’s risk profile and suggesting a protection plan according to their circumstances.

  • Determining the risk management strategies for prospective customers according to their needs.

  • Determining the protection coverage rates by calculating the immediate action plans.

  • Explaining the policies in detail to the customers as per their needs.

  • Making new policies and plans according to the insurance companies’ policies and modifying the existing ones.

  • Making a report on the monthly targets of insurance sales.

  • Updating and maintaining the record of clients on a regular basis.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or relevant field. A high school diploma will also be preferred.

  • Proven 3 years of experience as an Insurance Agent or a similar role in the Sales Department.

  • Professional certificate in CIC (Certified Insurance Counselors) Program Certificate will be preferred.

  • Excellent working knowledge of the bureau of labor statistics in the insurance industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the different types of insurance plans including vehicle, life, health, home, and business.

  • Valid license to work as an Insurance Agent.

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
