We are looking for an experienced Online Territory Manager to join our team on an urgent basis. You should be able to develop online sales strategies with the assigned geographical areas. You should also be able to understand the customer’s requirements and needs.  

As an Online Territory Manager, you will require to analyze the sales data and perform detailed research on the recent market trends. You should be excellent at negotiating the sales contracts. Responsibilities  

  • Planning and implementing online sales strategies.  

  • Setting sales targets for the team.  

  • Supervising the sales team members online.  

  • Assisting the HR department in hiring new employees.  

  • Analyzing and utilizing appropriate online sales channels.  

  • Providing training to the sales team online.      

  • Offering sales support and services to the new and existing customers.  

  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers.  

  • Monitoring and analyzing the sales performance metrics and KPIs.  

  • Answering customer's queries and issues in a timely manner.  

  • Maintaining sales records and documenting sales reports.  

  • Presenting sales reports to the higher management.  

  • Staying updated with the latest online sales techniques.  

Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrator, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.  

  • Proven work experience as an Online Territory Manager, Territory Manager, or a similar role in the Sales industry.  

  • A thorough understanding of the online marketing channels and sales techniques.  

  • Ability to read and interpret data.  

  • Good communications skills.  

  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.  

  • Ability to manage time efficiently.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.  

  • Excellent collaboration and research skills.  

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently.  

  • Outstanding sales and negotiation abilities.  

  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.  

  • Exceptional ability to solve complex problems.  

  • Good decision-making skills.
