Job Overview  

Our Sales department is looking forward to hiring a detailed-oriented and experienced individual to join as a Process Executive.  

As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for recognizing innovative business opportunities. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly sales progress reports. Moreover, you should be able to resolve all the queries and complaints of the clients.  

Ideally, you should possess excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work in a team environment. You should also have good communication skills and outstanding organizational skills. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field to be successful in this job role.

Responsibilities  

  • Identifying and generating new business leads.  

  • Handling all the business processes efficiently.  

  • Participating in getting business proposals.  

  • Maintaining and developing a strong relationship with the clients.  

  • Recording any complaints and issues as and when needed.  

  • Supervising and directing the team members.  

  • Understanding the needs and objectives of the clients.  

  • Answering clients' questions in a professional manner.  

  • Working in collaboration with the Design and the Sales department.  

  • Preparing and presenting sales performance reports.  

  • Offering guidance and training to the newly joined team members.  

  • Attending conferences and workshops to improve knowledge.  

  • Making sure all the processes are in accordance to the company regulations.  

  • Adhering to all the health and safety codes.  

Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.  

  • Working experience as a Process Executive, or a similar role in the Sales department.  

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.    

  • Ability to work under pressure.    

  • A customer-oriented and hardworking individual.  

  • Ability to deal with different personalities as and when required.  

  • Good time management skills.    

  • Ability to manage and handle the sales process budget.    

  • Ability to offer outstanding customer service to clients.    

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.    

  • Ability to make quick decisions.    

  • Good analytical skills.    

  • A keen eye for details for accuracy.    

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
