Our Sales department is looking forward to hiring a Territory Account Manager to join our team on an urgent basis.
As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for preparing a full-proof sales plan. You will also be responsible for preparing training sessions for all the sales staff in your assigned territory.
In addition to this, you should be recording all the details of the account holders. You should also be willing to travel to the prospective customers locations as and when required. Besides this, a past working experience as a Territory Account Manager or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate.
You should possess outstanding communications skills and the ability to handle critical situations. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Setting and achieving company sales targets.
Identifying long-term profitability in the business.
Traveling to the potential customers for the sales presentation.
Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
Updating a detailed records for all the key account holders.
Determining the sales methods for increasing sales within your assigned territory.
Conducting market research on various customers' needs and demands.
Resolving customer's queries and issues in a timely manner.
Updating CRM software with all the customer's information.
Coordinating training sessions for the sales staff.
Assessing performance metrics as well as KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Proven work experience as a Territory Account Manager, or a similar role in the Sales department.
Proficiency in customer relationship management software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
A valid driver's license.
Demonstrate excellent sales skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and networking skills.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Strong decision-making skills.
Strong organization and analytical skills.
