Job Overview 

We are looking for a Criminal Investigator to join our team members at the Security department. You should be able to study crime scenes using various investigative techniques. You should also be able to document all criminal activities and present the same to the Police Officers. 

You should be able to coordinate with the Crime Analyst in analyzing crime scene evidences. Also, you should be able to provide assistance in preparing arrest warrants. Moreover, you should be able to adhere to the criminal law and regulations at all times.  

As a Criminal Investigator, you should be able to develop initial criminal theories and determine the accuracy of the same. Furthermore, you should have strong analytical skills and an excellent eye for detail. As part of the job requirements, you should be able to handle any stressful situations.

Responsibilities 

• Visiting crime scenes and performing scene recognition and documentation 

• Collecting and analyzing evidence for authenticity 

• Sending gathered evidences to the crime lab for a detailed analysis 

• Accurately documenting crime scene findings 

• Creating detailed and accurate investigation reports 

• Analyzing and solving crimes 

• Interrogating and detaining suspects 

• Assisting the Police Officers with the Investigation Process 

• Providing assistance in preparing arrest warrants 

• Coordinating with the Crime Analyst in identifying recurring patterns in criminal activities 

• Preparing initial criminal theories and eliminating the wrong ones 

• Adhering to the laws and regulations while conducting investigations 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Law, Forensic Science, Criminal Justice or a related field 

• 0-3 years of work experience as a Criminal Investigator or an equivalent position in the Security department 

• Complete knowledge of criminal law and regulations 

• Extensive understanding of various investigation processes and techniques 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Having an eye for detail 

• Excellent interrogation and researching skills 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to handle stressful situations 

• Highly motivated and reliable individual 

• Ability to multitask 

• Good time management and organizational skills
