Our team is seeking for an experienced and talented candidate to join us as a Security Consultant on a full-time basis. 

As a Security Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing security risks and implementing safety protocols. You will also be responsible for reviewing the information security systems. 

As an ideal candidate, you should be able to explain to the customers the security offered by the company. Prior work experience as a Security Consultant or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate. 

In addition to this, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You should also possess outstanding organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to details.

Responsibilities 

• Designing and implementing safety protocols. 

• Analyzing potential threats and risks. 

• Determining the best safety measures for the company. 

• Providing security solutions to external customers. 

• Conducting Information Security Management (ISM) assessments. 

• Educating the potential customers about the security offered by the company. 

• Monitoring various platforms such as emails, websites, and databases. 

• Working in coordination with the security team members. 

• Running security test on the potential security systems. 

• Reviewing and updating the information security policies. 

• Offering recommendations and consulting on network infrastructure. 

• Designing countermeasures to eliminate risks. 

• Maintaining security and confidentiality of information. 

• Assisting in implementing the documentation. 

• Training the team members on various risks and threats involved. 

• Implementing company’s encryption methods. 

• Staying updated with the latest security trends and other malicious activities. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement, Computer Science, Security, Criminal Science, or a related field. 

• Proven work experience in the Security Department as a Security Consultant or a similar position. 

• Strong understanding and knowledge of security architectures. 

• Demonstrate knowledge of computer coding. 

• Exceptional knowledge and understanding of end point security. 

• Good oral and written communication skills. 

• Ability to meet deadlines. 

• Ability to work in a team environment. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

• Knowledge of TCP/IP and other protocols. 

• Ability to understand Microsoft servers. 

• A highly organized and hardworking individual.
