We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team. You will be leading a team of designers and working with them on a various projects. You will produce print creative solutions for our marketing needs. You should be a proactive individual who is able to think critically and solve problems in a timely manner. You will make sure that the design team is promoting our brand by designing creative and interactive pieces.

Manage all design products and monitor the designing process.
Supervise the junior designers in your team and provide feedback about their work.
Coordinate with the marketing team to understand their requirements.
Conduct quality checks before and after production.
Provide accurate price estimates and make sure the solutions are provided within the proposed budget.
Review images and make fonts and layout adjustments.
Generate new ideas for products and services advertisements.
Provide feedback on marketing plans and proposals.
Collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines.
Make sure that all digital products are user friendly.
Stay updated on latest graphic designing trends.
BS in Design or Visual Arts.
3-5 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer.
Complete design portfolio.
Understanding of graphics production process.
Ability to combine colors, layout and fonts to produce high quality creative pieces.
Proficient in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
Excellent communication skills.
