Job Overview 

We are looking for an efficient Construction Superintendent to be a part of our Construction team. You should be able to manage the construction team and oversee day-to-day onsite operations. Besides, you will be communicating with the Construction Engineer, Construction Project Manager, and clients to understand the project requirements.  

Moreover, you should be able to conduct site inspections and ensure all safety and health standards are being followed. You should also be able to prepare detailed and accurate project status reports. In addition to this, you should be able to check the inventory and place orders for construction materials as and when required.  

As a Construction Superintendent, you should be highly motivated and have a detail-oriented approach. You should also display good physical dexterity. Furthermore, you should be able to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.

Responsibilities 

• Supervising and managing the construction team 

• Coordinating all on-site activities 

• Assisting with budget preparation and construction schedule 

• Ensuring that the quality and safety standards are met 

• Checking construction materials and placing orders for the same 

• Conducting regular site inspections to check if the work area is clean and safe 

• Coordinating with the Construction Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met 

• Preparing and maintaining reports on the project status 

• Communicating with the Construction Engineer and Construction Manager to determine project requirements 

• Assisting in obtaining feedback from clients 

• Addressing customer queries as and when needed 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 

• 3-5 years of work experience as a Construction Superintendent or a similar role in the Construction industry 

• Knowledge of the safety rules and regulations governing the construction and real estate industry 

• Familiarity with CAD software like TinkerCAD, Fusion 360°, and Solidworks 

• Good organizational and time management skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent physical dexterity 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work for long and flexible hours 

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual 

• Ability to offer excellent customer support
