Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and experienced Construction Project Manager. Your role is to coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure that the project gets completed in a timely manner and within the proposed budget. You will be responsible to handle all the legal permits and licenses required for the completion of a project and make sure that the customer is satisfied with the overall result of the project. This is a challenging role so attention to details and excellent decision making skills are the key requirements.

  • Schedule the project operations and shifts according to the deadline.

  • Negotiate with the architects, contractors and vendors.

  • Assign duties and responsibilities to workers on basis of their capabilities.

  • Supervise the conductibility of the workers and their performance.

  • Ensure the work is being done according to the building and safety codes.

  • Coordinate with the client to understand the requirements.

  • Track the inventory on daily basis and keep record of the stock.

  • Determine any potential difficulties and plan ahead to resolve them.

  • Make sure the environment is safe and healthy for all the workers and staff.

  • Ensure all the tools and equipments are readily available for the workers.

  • Compliance with the certificates and licenses required for the completion of a project.


  • BA in Building Science or related field.

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering can also be considered.

  • PMP and equal certification will be preferred.

  • Proven experience of 3 years as a Construction Project Manager.

  • Proficient knowledge of construction processes and quality standards.

  • Proficient knowledge of quality standards and regulations.

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

  • Excellent time management skills.
