Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual as a Tax Accountant to join our Tax department. 

As a Tax Accountant, you are responsible for analyzing the company finances, submitting tax statements and tax returns for our clients.

You will need to have outstanding time management skills to meet deadlines. You should also possess excellent organizational skills to record and update all tax payments. You are expected to develop tax strategies as per the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Prepare for tax payments.

  • Develop a strategy for tax data collection.

  • Complete tax reporting on time.

  • Prepare the necessary financial information for management.

  • Update and manage the company’s tax database.

  • Identify the process errors that caused incorrect tax filings.

  • Complete the required paperwork for tax payments as well as the returns

  • Suggest tax strategies by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues.

  • Determine tax savings.

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

  • Forecast future tax requirements to the Senior Tax Manager and take the required measures.

  • Negotiate with tax authorities.

  • Inspect and identify various areas where businesses can reduce tax, make claims and increase profit.

  • Stay up to date with the latest information by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant fields.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Manager or a similar role.

  • Certified public accountant (CPA)  license program preferred.

  • Strong technical understanding of tax reporting and corporate tax filing.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel especially in the advanced formula, pivot tables, and charts, etc.

  • Understanding of Quickbooks or any other accounting software.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage time and prioritize various tasks.
