Job Overview 

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Executive Director to be a part of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies and plans. Besides, you should also be able to review the performance of the same and suggest improvements. 

You should also be able to assist the team in preparing the budget. Moreover, you should also be able to monitor the business revenue and expenditures. Your knowledge about the best financial practices will be helpful in maintaining strong financial accounts.  

To perform in this job role, you should be a strategic thinker and have decent years of experience in this area of work. Furthermore, you should demonstrate good time and project management skills. You should also be able to maintain a long-term business relations with shareholders and business partners.

Responsibilities 

  • Developing and implementing business strategies and plans 

  • Assisting in preparing business policies 

  • Reviewing the performance of the business plans and suggesting improvements 

  • Preparing budgets and monitoring revenue and expenditures 

  • Providing training and guidance to department heads 

  • Overseeing investments and financial accounts 

  • Coordinating and maintaining long-term relationships with shareholders and external business partners 

  • Assisting in developing remedial measures in times of business crisis 

  • Coordinating fundraising plans 

  • Reviewing and executing business projects 

  • Ensuring compliance with tax and other state legislations 

  • Establishing monthly and yearly business goals 

  • Overseeing the daily activities and suggesting  measures for streamlining the same 

  • Keeping a check on the business trends and industry developments 

  • Providing constructive criticism to the department heads as and when needed 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field 

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as an Executive Director or a similar position in the Administrative department 

  • Complete knowledge of the business rules, regulations, and financial practices 

  • Excellent critical and strategic planning abilities 

  • Strong time and project management skills 

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills 

  • Strong leadership qualities 

  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations 

  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
