We are looking for a detail-oriented Field Supervisor to be a part of our team. You will be responsible for handling and estimating the construction project requirements. You should be able to interpret technical drawings and coordinate with the Construction Engineer to ascertain if all the details are correct. 

Besides, you should ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all work sites. You should be able to develop and implement efficient work schedules. In addition to this, you ensure project completion as per the assigned timeline and budget. You should also be able to resolve any customer queries in a professional and timely manner. 

As a Field Supervisor, you should display excellent leadership skills and motivated behavior. You should also be familiar with the industry procedures and latest developments. Your ability to work in a team as well as independently will be advantageous.

Responsibilities 

• Reviewing the construction blue prints and other technical drawings to ascertain the project requirements 

• Delegating tasks and maintaining work schedules 

• Checking the construction materials needed for the project and placing orders for the same 

• Coordinating with the Construction Project Managers, Site Supervisors and Construction Engineers to check all project timelines are met 

• Identifying and assisting in addressing customer queries and complaints 

• Ensuring that all safety procedures and protocols are being followed 

• Preparing and presenting important construction data and reports when required 

• Scheduling and managing the delivery of various equipment and machinery 

• Reviewing the construction budget to ensure no overruns 

• Conducting training sessions and workshops on site safety procedures whenever required 

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the various departments involved in the construction project 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or GED 

• Proven work experience as a Field Supervisor or a similar role in the Construction industry 

• Knowledge of the construction industry procedures and guidelines 

• Ability to interpret blue prints and technical drawings 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Excellent leadership skills 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently 

• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual 

• Ability to offer improved customer service
