We are seeking a Construction Supervisor on our construction site to manage our staff and workers efficiently.
As a Construction Supervisor, you should maintain all the records of the construction sites and keep an eye on the happenings.
You should have excellent communication skills and management qualities to communicate with labor and workers at the construction site. You should be well aware of hazard management techniques and should be able to make quick decisions owing to the circumstances.
You will be responsible to inspect the site and pinpoint any potential accident threats. You should be prompt at fixing the issue by communicating with the Construction Engineer or higher management.

Coordinating with the lower staff and explaining their role.
Evaluating employees on the basis of their performance.
Setting goals for the team and ensure the targets are achieved within the estimated time limit.
Training the new staff and briefing them about the policies.
Ensuring a healthy and safe work environment and staff is well mannered.
Allocating resources, materials, and sub-contractors.
Preparing schedules, work progress, production, and other construction activities reports
Handling emergencies appropriately according to established procedures, prepare and file accident reports on a timely basis.
Evaluating and conducting regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and system.
Monitoring fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment.
Ensuring proper compliance and balance by following all the legal procedures.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2 years of experience working as a Construction Supervisor or a similar role in a Construction Company.
Experience in supervising construction projects and construction management.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Quick decision-making skills.
Good knowledge about interpreting construction blueprints and construction charts.
Familiar with hazard management techniques.
Solid leadership skills.
Ability to work individually or in team as and when required.
Strong project management abilities.
Excellent ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
