We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our team as a Window Treatment Installer. You should be able to prepare the work area and clean the same before and after work completion. Besides, you should be able to coordinate with clients and understand their requirements. You should be able to take accurate measurements and mark the area to avoid any miscalculations.  

Furthermore, you should be familiar with various window treatment installation techniques and procedures. You should also communicate the aftercare procedures to the clients to increase the longevity of the work done.  

As a Window Treatment Installer, you should display excellent physical strength and the ability to work for long hours. Furthermore, you should be familiar with various hand tools and follow safety/health protocols at all times. Your ability to communicate and manage your time effectively will be advantageous.

Responsibilities 

• Communicating with clients and knowing their requirements 

• Providing advice to clients on choosing suitable window coverings 

• Measuring and marking the installation area 

• Dismantling the existing window coverings before beginning the work 

• Cleaning the area of any dust/debris before and after work 

• Checking and treating surrounding surfaces before installing windows  

• Applying tints and appliques to windows 

• Keeping the clients updated with the work status 

• Replacing broken/damaged components as and when required 

• Advising clients on the aftercare steps to be taken 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or GED 

• Proven work experience as a Window Treatment Installer, Window Tinter, or a similar role in the Construction industry 

• Complete knowledge about window treatment procedures and techniques 

• Familiarity with hand tools like screwdrivers, drill, and measuring tapes 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Excellent physical dexterity 

• Ability to work for long, flexible hours and on weekends 

• Having a keen eye for detail 

• Strong multitasking abilities 

• Highly motivated individual 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• A team player and ability to work independently 

• Willingness to travel to different locations 

• Ability to offer excellent customer service
