Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coach who is going to help our sales executives define their goals and strategies and focus on activities that achieve better results. You will guide the sales team to improve their skills and motivate them for delivering quality performance. You should have good knowledge of sales techniques and excellent communication skills.

  • Monitor the performance of all sales executives and identify areas of improvement.

  • Develop a relationship with sales team that makes them easy to communicate their ideas and issues they are facing.

  • Onboard and train new hires. Set learning objectives for the team

  • Develop learning material for the sales staff. Design training courses and other role-playing activities.

  • Collect feedback regarding training programs.

  • Provide an estimate of budget for training programs.


  • BS in Human Resource, Marketing or other related field.

  • 2 years of work experience as a Sales Coach.

  • Certifications in sales training like Certified Inside Sales Professional(CISP), Certified Sales & Marketing Professional will be preferred

  • Excellent presentation and coaching skills.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Familiar with e-learning platforms and role-playing activities.
