Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coach who will train our Sales Representatives for their role. You will have to define strategies and focus on activities that will help the sales team achieve better sales results. 

You will guide the sales team to improve their skills and motivate them to deliver quality performance. You should have a good knowledge of various sales techniques and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance of all Sales Handlers and identify areas of improvement.

  • Develop a relationship with the sales team that makes it easy to communicate their ideas and issues they are facing.

  • Onboard and train new hires. 

  • Set learning and financial objectives for the team

  • Develop learning material for the sales staff. 

  • Design training courses, coaching sessions, and other role-playing activities.

  • Establish training needs by observing sales encounters, studying sales performance and reports

  • Collect feedback regarding training programs.

  • Provide an estimate of the budget for training programs.

  • Prepare and present reports to the Sales Manager.

  • Stay up-to-date with the new market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.

Requirements

  • BS / Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Marketing or other related fields.

  • 2 years of work experience as a Sales Coach or Sales Trainer.

  • Professional certifications in sales training like Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP), Certified Sales & Marketing Professional will be preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.

  • Familiarity with high-performance management methods.

  • Excellent presentation and coaching skills.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Familiar with e-learning platforms and role-playing activities.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • Excellent networking skills.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Outstanding decision-making skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • A keen eye on details.
