We are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to be a part of our Customer Service Team. As a part of the job role, you will be responsible for developing effective communication channels for clients. 

You should possess excellent problem-solving skills to help resolve any urgent issues. Besides, you should keep a record of all client interactions to aid during training sessions. Your role as a Client Services Manager will also require you to create monthly reports to determine KPIs. Moreover, you should be able to suggest relationship building and improvement strategies.

  • Building and maintaining long term customer relationships

  • Conducting customer service presentations for new recruits

  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and suggesting improvement measures

  • Addressing client queries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Advising clients on different products and services

  • Conducting surveys and questionnaires to gain client feedback

  • Planning and participating in marketing campaigns along with the Marketing and Sales department

  • Supervising trainees and providing the necessary support

  • Developing client service protocols

  • Maintaining a record of client phone calls and emails for training purposes

  • Determining monthly KPIs by generating reports

  • Suggesting effective strategies to acquire new clients

  • Maintaining different client accounts


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field

  • Familiarity with Project Management Software like JIRA and Asana

  • Having a calm composure

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent leadership qualities 

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently

  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual 

  • Ability to offer increased customer satisfaction

  • Demonstrating reliability and professionalism

  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines

  • Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments
