Job Overview 

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join us as a Customer Service Coordinator. You will be primarily responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Besides, you should be able to maintain a record of the client's details and communication.  

You should be able to oversee your team members and provide support as and when required. Also, you should be able to conduct follow-up calls and send promotional emails to clients. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to offer an enhanced customer experience.  

To perform well in this job role, you should display strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities. Moreover, you should be able to multitask and handle deadlines. Also, demonstrating excellent work ethics is crucial for this job.

Responsibilities 

  • Overseeing Customer Service Representatives and other team members 

  • Ensuring that the team members adhere to the company guidelines and policies at all times 

  • Providing the clients with product and service knowledge 

  • Identifying and resolving any urgent customer service queries 

  • Providing regular training sessions and workshops to the team members 

  • Developing and implementing monthly/yearly departmental goals 

  • Maintaining and updating client database 

  • Ensuring that follow-up and promotional calls are being made on time 

  • Responding to client queries via phone calls and emails 

  • Addressing any customer queries in a professional and timely manner 

  • Coordinating with the Marketing department to create promotional events and campaigns 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field 

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Service Consultant, Customer Service Representative or a similar role in the Customer Service department 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce 

  • Knowledge of the industry norms and practices 

  • Good time management and organizational skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

  • Having an eye for detail 

  • Good listening abilities 

  • Ability to maintain calm composure in stressful situations 

  • Having a well-groomed personality and professional behavior 

  • Ability to manage strict deadlines 

  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
