As a Chief Invigilator, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of Invigilators and assigning tasks to them. You will also be responsible for ensuring all the test scripts arrive at the examination venue before the start of the exam.  

Prior work experience as a Chief Invigilator, or a similar role will be an added advantage to the candidate. You should possess an excellent eye for detail and the ability to work under no supervision. You should also have an outstanding ability to make decisions promptly.

Responsibilities  

• Discussing with the staff in regards to the invigilation activities.  

• Attending a meeting with the Invigilators for assigning tasks.  

• Documenting attendance of the students answering the examination.  

• Checking the rules and regulations of the tasks before the start of the exam.  

• Keeping an eye on any exam misdemeanors.  

• Noting down the number of test scripts with the number of tests taken.  

• Resolving all the test discrepancies before you leave the exam hall.  

• Transporting the required resources to the required exam hall.  

• Checking if the numbers of students match the number of answer sheets.  

• Ensuring that the students take all the belonging to the exam hall.  

• Making sure that there is proper security in the examination room.  

 Requirements  

• High school diploma.  

• Proven work experience as a Chief Invigilator, Invigilator, or a similar role in the Education department.  

• Ability to understand all the rules and regulations of the examination.  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

• A sharp eye for details for accuracy.  

• Ability to supervise a group of people.  

• A valid driver's license will be mandatory.  

• Willingness to travel as and when required.  

• A detailed oriented and high organized individual.  

• Ability to work flexible hours.  

• Ability to stand for long hours.  

• Excellent analytical skills.  

• Ability to perform basic administrative tasks.  

• Good problem-solving abilities.
