Responsibilities 

• Coordinating with Teachers and Principals in developing new curriculum 

• Evaluating existing teaching methods and techniques and suggesting improvements 

• Networking, building, and maintaining long-term business relations within the educational community 

• Preparing and presenting educational progress reports 

• Overseeing the recruitment and training of faculty members 

• Organizing skill building and training workshops for the staff members 

• Developing and implementing various educational programs 

• Reviewing and approving the budget for various educational programs and trainings 

• Ensuring all educational activities comply with the rules and regulations 

• Scheduling and conducting timely meetings with both teaching and non-teaching staff 

• Keeping a track on the implementation and fulfillment of various educational goals 

• Staying up-to-date with the developments in the education industry 

Requirements 

• Master's degree in Education 

• 8+ years of experience as an Education Director, Principal, Vice Principal or Chancellor in the education department 

• Complete knowledge of the educational rules, policies, and guidelines 

• Excellent academic skills 

• Strong communication and presentation skills 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Strong analytical and organizational skills  

• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks 

• Strong leadership skills 

• Ability to handle stressful situations
