Our educational institute is in search of an Educational Consultant to be a part of our team. Your job responsibilities will include analyzing academic systems, curriculum, and resources. Besides, you should also be able review teaching methods and suggest improvements to ensure better learning outcomes. You should also be able to coordinate with the Principals in planning and developing new curriculum.
As part of your job role, you should also be able to visit classrooms to observe lesson deliveries. Moreover, you should be able to provide constructive feedback to the Teachers and build awareness about various learning tools. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence with educational guidelines and policies.
As an Educational Consultant, you should possess excellent academic and counselling skills. In addition to this, you should also demonstrate strong leadership skills and a detail-oriented approach. Your ability to work in a team as well as independently will be advantageous.

Analyzing academic systems, curriculum, and resources
Ensuring that the Teachers and staff performances align with the set goals
Organizing workshops and trainings for Teachers to improve their skills
Reviewing teaching methods and learning outcomes and suggesting improvements
Planning and developing curriculum
Visiting classrooms to observe lesson deliveries
Providing feedback to Teachers and making them aware of digital learning tools
Coordinating with the Education Director in organizing counseling sessions for the academic staff
Ensuring adherence to the educational guidelines and classroom policies
Addressing the students and staff needs and requirements
Master’s degree or Ph.D in Education or a related field
5-7 years of experience as an Educational Consultant, Principal or a similar role in the Education industry
Certification in Educational Planning or registration with the American Institute of Certified Educational Planners is mandatory
Excellent academic, teaching, and counselling skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
