We are seeking an energetic Cleaner to join our team.
As a Cleaner, your duties and responsibilities include
creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene
ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling
ensuring floors are spotless
maintaining a cleaning schedule
You will be responsible for taking care of our offices by carrying out different cleaning and maintenance duties. You should be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good cleanliness and hygiene.
You should be capable of exceeding the expectations of the customer. Your main goal will be to keep our buildings in a spotless, clean and orderly condition.

Cleaning floors of offices and facility areas.
Performing different cleaning activities including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, bathroom cleaning and so forth.
Emptying trash on the schedule.
Cleaning equipment used to clean the office area properly.
Tracking and performing maintenance activities.
Notifying administration in case there is a requirement for repair and interventions.
Performing minor repairs and making adjustments.
Stocking and maintaining supply rooms.
Performing and reporting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Following all security, health and safety directions and regulations.
A High school Diploma or relevant.
Proven 1-year work experience in the Facilities Department as a Cleaner or a similar role.
Great knowledge of different synthetic cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Working knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets.
Ability to handle heavy equipment, apparatus, and machinery.
Great interpersonal skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Good time management abilities.
