We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant.

Your ultimate goal will be serving the breakfast buffet before the desired time. You should be suggesting food options to the customers as per their liking. To be successful in this job position, you should have excellent customer service skills.

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for checking the supplies inventory and restocking it on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for cleaning the breakfast areas and sanitizing tables well.

Ideally, you should possess excellent knowledge of food and safety guidelines. You should also have outstanding multitasking skills and should be willing to work for weekends and holidays. Prior work experience as a Breakfast Attendant will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Knowing the guest’s breakfast preferences and choice.

• Setting up the breakfast buffet before time.

• Assisting the guest in making better food choices.

• Maintaining the kitchen and breakfast area.

• Preparing food as and when required.

• Ensuring the food inventory is well stocked.

• Maintaining the coffee and tea dispenser machines.

• Ensuring the breakfast table is cleared after use.

• Cleaning the table cloth, table, and chairs.

• Answering guest’s complaints in a professional manner.

• Sweeping and mopping the breakfast area floor after service.

• Cleaning crockery and cutlery.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction all the time.

• Performing other duties if requested by the Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Working experience as a Breakfast Attendant or a similar position in the Hospitality industry.

• Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively.

• Sound knowledge of food preparation and serving techniques.

• Proficiency in computer applications such as Inventory software, Point of Sale (Pos), and more.

• Ability to lift heavy objects.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong organization skills.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Ability to work for long periods of time and weekends as well.

• Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
